Often the outcome of an event is determined by physical preparation. Here's a little about physical fitness, as well as a brief guide on how to keep your bodybuilder in good shape and not grow a "tummy".
Normal physical fitness
Ordinary physical training takes place twice a day. In the morning and evening, the Man (bodybuilder) goes to the gym and moves the barbell, runs the running track, rides the bike and so on. In the evenings, athletes also go to the gym and do just about the same with smaller loads. If you are not a bodybuilder, or an athlete in any field, you will have to do this physical preparation before your regular workout.
Special physical training
If you are not a bodybuilder, just like an athlete (eg a basketball player), you will be ready for this physical preparation.
30 mins daily before training. go to the gym to put down the barbell (the weight of the barbell must be appropriate for your physical power - neither too light nor too heavy, if you have just begun to take the heavy-duty barbells), as well as the 500 m, and run on the running track for the remainder of the workout and remember to bike (after that you need to soften your muscles). If you go to workout and go out there in the evening 15 minutes before and do everything as in the morning, but twice as much.
Well, if you are neither a basketball player nor a bodybuilder, but you do not want to have a big tummy and you do not want to be "liquid" then you need to buy a jump rope and a few dumbbells (preferably 20 kg).
In the mornings you will have to get up early and escape to the ride, then dumbbells (10 - 15 min). Then jump over the jump rope. But that's not all, after all, you need to get your muscles up. Good luck!
